I had an amazing time at this hotel. Everything was spotless, with excellent facilities and convenient parking. The location was perfect, allowing easy transportation to The Pfister for the July 4th celebrations and fireworks. The hotel's TV channel shared a fascinating story of its history. Plus, the staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel pampered throughout my stay.

From the moment we walked in, we felt like VIPs. Dragica, the staff member, made sure we had a great experience, especially with the food and beverage amenities. The hotel facilities were exceptional, clean, and convenient. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, and parking was hassle-free.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, even providing champagne and chocolate strawberries for our anniversary. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and bars in the city. We loved the beautiful art and antiques throughout the hotel, as well as the live piano music. The room service and food were outstanding, and we enjoyed the pool despite it being a little cooler than we preferred. we had a blast exploring all the hotel had to offer.
