The room was clean and beautifully updated. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when they upgraded us. The location was convenient for walking to local attractions and there was affordable parking behind the hotel. Breakfast at the café was delicious and offered gluten-free options.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed, including excellent breakfast options. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to the historic 3rd Ward and nearby attractions, while also being close to the beautiful lakefront.
