The breakfast here was fantastic, with a great variety of items to choose from. We also enjoyed the fire pit outside the pool area, which gave a nice relaxing vibe. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to see and do in the city. The staff, especially the girl at the front desk on Saturday, September 22, were amazing and super friendly.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, near all the local attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful heated indoor pool and hot tub that were open 24/7. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with everything constantly being cleaned. The staff was amazing, always welcoming and greeted me with a smile every morning. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, providing a great start to my day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is right on the parkway of Pigeon Forge, which made it convenient for us to visit nearby attractions and restaurants. Moreover, being in the midst of everything allowed us to fully experience the charm of this city. The hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the large and well-maintained pool area with a heated pool, jacuzzi, and a movie projected on the wall every night. The staff was exceptional, from the friendly breakfast greeter to the helpful young lady who cared for our room. The included breakfast was delicious and saved us a significant amount of money. we were impressed with the cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the appealing atmosphere, the abundance of hot water and good water pressure in the shower, and the peacefulness of our fifth-floor room on a short hallway.
