I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, with a prime location just five minutes from Grand Central Station, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, assisting with everything from extra blankets to taxi bookings, and the room was spacious and clean, perfect for my family. Plus, having multiple excellent dining options nearby, including a cozy diner for breakfast, was a wonderful perk that added to the overall experience.
