We loved the beach umbrellas and chairs provided by the Ritz beach staff. The seawater was incredibly clear, and the beach team even provided bottle water. Being Florida residents, we appreciate the convenience of vacationing nearby. The hotel's location is wonderful, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the skyway. The lounge club, managed by Sammi and her staff, was sweet and well-managed. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was attentive.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcomed and valued. From Ebony at reception to Steven who helped us with our bags, everyone was fantastic. The pool area was lovely, with great hosts Anna and Richard. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with gorgeous ocean views and a large indoor mall nearby. The location was perfect, right across A1-A with an endless beach, complete with beach umbrellas and chairs provided by the beach staff. The beach itself had incredibly clear seawater, and the beach team always made sure to provide bottled water. And last but not least, the breakfast was delicious.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make me feel special. They were always willing to assist with a smile, and the porters were exceptional. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it allowed me and my family to easily walk around and enjoy the beach, as well as explore nearby restaurants and shops. I will definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future.

Best aspects of the hotel: The staff is amazing, very attentive to my needs, and always remembered who I am. The Lounge Club Director, Sammi, and her well-managed staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, right next to Lulu's restaurant, and the room I stayed in was beautiful, specifically room 1119. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
