My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and it was spacious with lots of amenities. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the restaurant which served excellent food for dinner, breakfast, and the buffet lunch. The location of the hotel in the heart of the nice district of Santiago was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants, cash machines, and other amenities. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. The concierge service, in particular, was of exceptional quality, always attentive to guests' needs. this hotel is a true luxury city hotel with great attention to detail and an unforgettable stay.

I loved the hotel's location in a great area of Santiago, with a good shopping mall just under a mile away. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the facilities, particularly the spa, were fantastic. The staff, especially the concierge and the staff in the executive lounge, were incredibly helpful.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The view from our room was fantastic. The hotel staff, especially Carolina and Rodrigo in the sales team, were friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that the hotel is literally right next to the El Golf Metro stop, making transportation very convenient.
