I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel warm and welcome. The waterfront views were outstanding, and the hotel's location directly across the street from the harbor was perfect. I also loved the convenience of the hotel facilities, such as the racquetball courts and rooftop basketball and tennis courts. It was a pleasant surprise to see a happy hour wine cart as well. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The parking garage was extremely convenient, and I appreciated not having to pay for parking. the best part of my stay was the excellent service provided by the staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location right on the Inner Harbour. The room was spotless and had sanitizing stations in high traffic areas. The hotel had a swimming pool and a fitness center, which I really enjoyed. The location was perfect as everything was within walking distance. I didn't have to use my car until it was time to leave. The Inner Harbour area had many bars, restaurants, and some shopping, making it a great place to explore. The staff at the front counter were friendly and helpful.

The view from my room on the 8th floor was spectacular, overlooking the harbor with a stunning sunrise. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also generous in size. The hotel staff, especially Annette and Michelle, provided excellent customer service, even surprising me with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for my anniversary. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy walking access to the harbor attractions, restaurants, and even Oriole Field at Camden Yards. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool and outdoor terrace, were enjoyable. The hotel also had a convenient coffee bar in the lobby featuring pastries and breakfast sandwiches.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a view of the harbor and close proximity to the inner harbor and many attractions and restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
