We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and had a stylish design. The hotel facilities, especially the pools, were fantastic. Each pool had a different temperature, ranging from 75 to 95 degrees, which was pure heaven. The restaurant provided delicious and healthy options, with impeccable service. The location of superb restaurants nearby made it convenient to explore different dining options. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. We couldn't find any faults at all.

The parking was convenient with valet service, and the location, just off the heat of South Beach, was perfect. I loved that my room had a view of the sea between the high tower parking building and the building across it. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
