The cleanliness was impressive, with our room and the common areas impeccably maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist, which enhanced our experience. the well-decorated lounge provided a comfortable place to unwind after exploring.

I loved the location, as it was virtually in the center and very close to the Marble Arch station, making transportation a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and my room was spotless and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety and was delicious each morning.
