I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious and elegantly served on my terrace each morning. The location provided breathtaking views of the caldera, and the hotel facilities, including the pool area, were pristine and inviting. Transportation to nearby places was seamless and convenient.

The staff, led by George, looked after us remarkably well, arranging everything from transportation to beach sunbeds and umbrellas. They even helped with finding a doctor late at night and permitted a late checkout when I had an accident. The breakfast was delicious, and we felt genuinely pampered throughout our two-week visit.
