Our room was clean, spacious, and well-updated, especially since being on the 11th floor provided us with a lovely view. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, being virtually next door to the Cleveland Clinic, making it ideal for our purposes.

We loved the spacious room and comfy bed. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was far better than our previous stays. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful, blending modern and classic styles. The staff were friendly, and the complimentary cookies upon check-in were a nice touch.

I loved how convenient the hotel's location was. It was close to many attractions, including the Museum of Art. The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help. The bar and restaurant were nice and added to the overall experience. The historic charm of the place really stood out.
