I loved the location right across from Chinatown. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The shared bathrooms were always clean and well-stocked. I enjoyed the communal area with free coffee and a cozy vibe.

We loved the location since it was right across Chinatown and just a short walk to Union Square, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and we appreciated how clean the hotel was throughout our stay. Plus, having coffee and tea available in the lobby 24/7 was a nice touch!
