I had an incredible experience at this hotel, thanks to its perfect Upper West Side location, which allowed me to explore Central Park and enjoy various local eateries just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The cleanliness of my room and common areas was impressive, and I absolutely loved the elegant decor and ambiance; it felt like a cozy retreat away from the bustling crowds.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness and attention to detail truly impressed us. The location was fantastic, as it allowed easy access to Central Park and various museums, while being nestled in a charming, quieter area.
