The hotel was clean, with modern furniture and a well-designed layout. The bathroom was convenient and complete, with a detachable showerhead, tub, and well-lit vanity mirror. The staff, especially Tony, Jeff, and Amanda, were attentive and helpful, going above and beyond when an unfortunate event happened to our car. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants, stores, and attractions like Rainbow Harbor shops and downtown. The hotel's proximity to Pike St made it convenient for strolling around before our cruise departure, and we found a great inexpensive breakfast or lunch spot nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The upgraded room we received was clean and spacious, with big windows that let in lots of natural light. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the comfortable bed, adjustable thermostat, and nice bedding. The location on Ocean Blvd was perfect, offering great views and walking distance to the beach, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.
