The cleanliness was impressive, and the amenities were amazing. I loved taking the free water ferry to the city. It was a lovely ride with beautiful views. The staff provided excellent service, especially Manicel, who made my experience even better.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the gorgeous views from our room, which overlooked the river and provided a peaceful escape from the city's hustle. The pool area was another highlight, as it was both spacious and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

The location made it easy to access the riverfront shops and restaurants with a short ferry ride. The staff went above and beyond, surprising our friend with a birthday cupcake and balloon, which was a lovely touch. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation.

We loved the cleanliness of our room and the fabulous staff, especially the valet team who really went above and beyond. The hotel's facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful pool area and direct ferry access to the historic section just across the river.
