The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the diverse breakfast options, and the food quality at dinner was impressive. The location is nice, with plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The cozy bar area was a great spot for a relaxing drink and dinner, and we loved the convenience of having an in-room coffee machine for our morning pick-me-ups.

The food was delicious, especially our birthday dinner, and the drinks at the bar were superb. The views from our room were stunning, and the Byredo toiletries added a touch of luxury.

The access to local shopping, with Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza right across the street, was a huge plus. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and convenient for starting our days.
