I had the most fabulous stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a stunning walk-in shower in the bathroom. Not only that, but the hotel's lobby and bar were so chic and comfortable, with quiet areas perfect for reading or getting some work done. The location of this hotel couldn't be better, situated in a fantastic district, particularly in the Gold Coast area, and right on Michigan Ave. Plus, the hotel staff were friendly, personable, and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel was super close to everything in a vibrant part of town. Lots of eateries around and close to downtown. The location in the Gold Coast area was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Cleanliness was exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was wonderful, with many great restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful room and a good view of the neighborhood. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing quick and friendly check-in service. We also appreciated their recommendation for a boat tour, which turned out to be great. The lobby and bar were comfortable and nice, and the hotel was situated in a very good area. It was also conveniently located on the Red subway line, making it easy to reach downtown and the convention center.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center close to beautiful restaurants in the Gold Coast area. It is close to everything, with easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities are excellent, with an elegant lobby and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for activities like a boat tour. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, with modern and clean rooms.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location, right in the center of activity, particularly in the Gold Coast area, was perfect. We were just minutes away from the waterfront with a partial Lake Michigan view. The hotel was also conveniently located 12 minutes from The Loop and just two blocks from high-end shopping on Michigan Ave. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from and a charming pocket park around the corner. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were excellent and friendly. We especially loved the elegant lobby and the cozy fire and library feel of the reception area.
