We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ouray. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean and the amenities were impressive. The hotel had excellent internet, a refreshing shower, and even provided coffee in the room. The location was perfect, with beautiful views outside our window and easy access to the nearby walking trail and Hot Springs water park. We also appreciated the outdoor fire pit, grill, and seating area. The best aspect, however, was the exceptional customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us when my wife misplaced her phone. They searched the room and found it at a nearby restaurant, saving us from a potential disaster during our long journey. The level of care and attention they provided was truly commendable.

I had an amazing stay at this lodge. The owners were incredibly helpful in planning my activities in the area. The room was spotless and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The lodge had a fire pit in the back where guests could make s'mores and socialize with each other. It was a great way to meet other travelers and share our daily adventures. The location of the lodge was perfect, right outside of town and near the river. I was able to easily access the hot springs and explore the local hiking trails. it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel facilities, location, and staff were top-notch. The hotel had a cozy fire pit and provided all the essentials for making s'mores, creating a great atmosphere for guests to relax and socialize. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff, particularly the gentleman who checked us in, was extremely personable and provided helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The hotel's location was also convenient, within walking distance of the hot springs and town.

The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. The hotel had a bookcase full of books and games for guests to use, as well as a cozy seating area. The location was excellent, close to downtown and many activities.

The hotel was conveniently located along Highway 550, which led into town and was within walking distance of the hot springs.
The facilities at the hotel were excellent, with a BBQ, fire pit, picnic table, ample seating.
