I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, primarily due to its fantastic location, which is conveniently situated next to the Yenikapi-Marmaray metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff truly stood out; they were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed, who went above and beyond to assist me.

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Mohammed, who greeted me every morning at breakfast with a smile. The room was cleaned regularly, and the bedding was fresh, which I really appreciated for a comfortable stay.
