The facilities were excellent, especially the onsen with its breathtaking floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing larger yukata for us, and the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, making for a cozy atmosphere.

I loved the fantastic location right by the lake, offering stunning views from my spacious balcony. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the onsen, which was peaceful and clean with large windows overlooking the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help, arranging a taxi for us. Plus, the room was comfortable and quiet, making for a great stay.

We loved the stunning views from our room overlooking the lake, especially during the beautiful fireworks show in the evenings. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was right on the shore and within walking distance to various attractions and the bus terminal. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse, ensuring we started our days off right. the onsen facilities were clean and comfortable, contributing to our relaxing experience.
