The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist us. The location by the lakeshore was beautiful and serene. I enjoyed the refreshing pool and had a fantastic meal featuring fresh Chambo. Breakfast was decent, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.
