I loved the hotel’s cleanliness, as my room was immaculate and had a spacious layout. The staff, especially Emilio, Andres, and Patricio, provided incredible service. The facilities were well-maintained and visually appealing, with beautiful landscaping and a fantastic pool area, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment.

The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to various amenities, including the excellent Platinum Package, which gave me the chance to enjoy lunch at the beach club. Special thanks to Kenny, Emilio, and Luis for their exceptional service, especially during the wonderful birthday celebration they organized for me.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, with particular shout-outs to Tatiana and the mini club team, making our family vacation memorable.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, and the multiple pools were fantastic. The staff was amazing, especially Johanny and Oslendry, who made our stay memorable. We enjoyed a variety of dining options, and breakfast was always a highlight, thanks to the delicious offerings. The location was perfect, close to six specialty restaurants and everything we needed for a fun vacation.
