The hotel is conveniently located just off Highway 80 and adjacent to Donner Lake State Park. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. We loved the pool, jacuzzi, and laundry facilities offered by the hotel. The continental breakfast was a nice addition. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even allowing us to check in early so we could go skiing without worry. The hotel facilities were great, with big and comfortable rooms that were clean and quiet. The location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway and several ski resorts. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which offered more choices than other complimentary breakfasts we've had. The coffee was surprisingly good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. The hotel facilities were great, and the parking was easy to access off I80. The location outside of Truckee was perfect, as it was so close to the lake without the hassle of camping. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially the pancakes! Additionally, the friendly staff made my experience even better.

We had a fantastic stay with friendly staff and a nice sized room. The lady who helped at breakfast, Allison, was especially helpful. The hotel's location was great for attending Truckee Summer Farmers Markets and concerts on the shores of Lake Tahoe. We also enjoyed hiking and biking in the area and exploring the charming western historical downtown. The close proximity to Sugar Bowl was a bonus, and we loved the beautiful creek in the hotel's backyard.
