I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with its excellent staff who were always friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable, as it’s right in the heart of the city and very close to the biggest shopping center, making it convenient for exploring. I particularly enjoyed the inviting smell of coffee in the lobby, and the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities definitely added to my comfort.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, as it's close to Tunjungan Plaza, the biggest shopping center in the area. The staff made a significant difference—everyone from the receptionists to the restaurant team was friendly and helpful. I also loved the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The smell of coffee in the lobby was very inviting.
