The staff were exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to assist me, especially when I needed last-minute accommodation for a family member. the location is fantastic; it’s conveniently close to the town center, making it easy to explore the area.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the location was ideal—close to shops and nestled near stunning hiking trails leading to Tongariro National Park. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the huge portions at the restaurant; the meals were delicious and truly one of the best in the area. Plus, the comfort of the bed and the impressive shower pressure added to the overall satisfaction.
