We loved the hotel's location, as it was close to everything we wanted to experience, right next to Starbucks and plenty of dining options. The transportation options were excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Plus, the room was clean and cozy, with a fantastic view of the Empire State Building.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and we appreciated the attentive staff, especially Selma, who was incredibly friendly and always willing to help us navigate our stay. We loved the hotel's prime location, as it was virtually opposite the Empire State Building, making sightseeing incredibly easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with water whenever we requested it, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our stay. the cleanliness and comfort of our room, combined with the late check-out privilege, made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit.
