I had a great stay at the hotel, as everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The location couldn't be better, being close to several metro stations that made accessing the city a breeze. Plus, the neighborhood is vibrant, filled with various restaurants and sights, which added to the overall experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, and I appreciated how frequently common areas were tidied up. I also found the staff to be friendly, even if language barriers occasionally posed a challenge.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with our luggage. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Grand St subway station. Plus, there's a great Chinese bakery right across the street that opens early, perfect for breakfast!

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, even providing a hair dryer upon request. The location is fantastic, situated close to multiple subway lines that make it easy to explore the city, and I found the vibrant areas of Chinatown and Little Italy just a short walk away.
