The capsules provided a sense of privacy we loved, while the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jim, whose positive attitude made our experience even better. Plus, the location was perfect, being just next to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. We appreciated having complimentary coffee and tea available, and the bathrooms were always spotless.
