I really enjoyed how clean and bright the hotel was. The facilities, including the cafe and gym, were a great addition. The hotel's location was fantastic, being in the center of everything I like to visit in this city. The shuttle bus to the theme parks was convenient, and getting in the park an hour early was a major advantage. The staff was friendly and attentive, always checking in to see if I needed anything or if my room needed cleaning.

The location was perfect, as it was very close to the Universal parks, and there was a free shuttle bus that took guests to these parks. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a good-sized fridge in the room and a nice kitchen area. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel is close to the theme parks, making it easy for us to access them. We also appreciated the proximity to various dining options. The rooms were clean and spacious with a kitchen area and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities, including the pool and shuttle service, were excellent. We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It is right next to the parks and offers easy access to all Universal theme parks and Volcano Bay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Transportation was hassle-free with shuttles running to and from Universal every few minutes. Parking was convenient, and we had our own access card with our name printed on it.
