We really loved the location of the hotel as it was close to the beach and shopping areas. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The valet service was friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options including fresh fruits, veggie juice, lox and bagels, and omelets. The staff was attentive and accommodating to our needs.

The location was perfect - close to the beach and a great mall. The staff, especially the valet service, were friendly and accommodating. The pillows were incredibly comfortable, and I even found out the information to buy them online from the pillow tags. The little daily favors like tangerines or lavender soaked cool towelettes in the lobby were a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the room-service staff, maids, and attendants. We loved the cookies and lemon water available all day. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a large-screen TV in the room that had a Netflix app built-in. We could log in to our Netflix account and watch movies for no extra charge. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the location was great, with a view of the ocean in the distance and being across from Fashion Island. We also enjoyed the hotel's amenities, such as the games, cabanas, and hot tub.
