I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as they upgraded my room for free to one with a stunning canal view. The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the cleanliness of the shared bathroom was impressive, and the location was perfect, making it easy to explore everything this charming place has to offer.
