The staff at this hotel was amazing. Maureen at the front desk checked us in and was extraordinary throughout our stay. The room service attendant was attentive and a pleasure to have. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the omelet station was the best thing on the buffet. The staff tried so hard to make our stay enjoyable and made me want to come back here for future visits.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was excellent - clean, roomy, and comfortable. The parking was convenient, despite a little trouble getting out at first. The staff provided exceptional service, making check-in quick and super pleasant. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to downtown, the beach, and the beautiful Channel Islands Harbor. We loved that the hotel is pet-friendly, and our furry friend felt right at home. The bar food was also quite good.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was fantastic. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful courtyard, koi pond, and a relaxing pool area with plenty of shade. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bed was super comfortable. I also loved the convenient location, as it was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the parking valet attendants to the bartender. They made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the fluffy omelet from the omelet station. I can't wait to come back to this hotel for future visits!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was wonderful - clean, beautiful, and the bed was really comfortable. We asked for a view of the pool and we got it, which was great. The shower was also really nice. We were able to enjoy the pool during our stay. The staff was friendly and responsive. They even had a unique policy where we had to call the front desk the night before if we wanted housekeeping services, which we found convenient.
