We loved the hotel's fantastic location, as it was an easy stroll to the Inner Harbour and major attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from check-in to the cleaning crew. We appreciated the modern room design, with excellent lighting for reading and working. everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with its fantastic location close to lovely restaurants and major attractions like the Inner Harbour and behind the Empress Hotel. The staff, including housekeeping and valet, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. My room was clean, well-lit, and comfortable, allowing me to fully relax after a day of exploring.
