The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating; Ms. Jacqueline quickly fulfilled our last-minute request, making us feel welcomed. We appreciated the convenient location next to a shopping mall and Starbucks, as it allowed easy access to amenities. secure parking was available, and transportation to and from the city center was simple.
