The staff were amazing - always helpful and knowledgeable about the city. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and easily accommodated two people. The location was perfect - within walking distance of everything and in a safe area. The complimentary cookies were delicious, and there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. I didn't need a car as everything was so conveniently close. I can't wait to come back!

The location is one of the best aspects, as it is within walking distance to many attractions and shops. It is conveniently located near Madison Square Garden and Penn Station, making it easy for us to navigate around this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was surprisingly quiet on the high floors. The free WiFi worked well, and the shower was nice. The location was perfect, with shopping and restaurants nearby, and the subway just a block away, making it easy to get to and from the airport.
