In the center of everything, this hotel is conveniently located near the theater district with excellent dining available in all directions nearby. The staff were incredibly professional, even reaching out to me before my arrival to ensure a personalized experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, with stylish decor and well-equipped amenities. The hotel facilities, including the comfortable beds and big TVs, were top-notch.

Cleanliness: The hotel was immaculate, with well-maintained and spotless facilities. Hotel facilities: We enjoyed the fully stocked mini bar and the lively lobby/bar area with a DJ in the evenings. Location close to shops and restaurants: This city had a fantastic location, allowing us to easily walk to the theater, shops, and restaurants. Staff: The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, from personalized notes and treats to assisting with last-minute requests.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience special. Upon check-in, the woman at the front desk took the time to ask about our plans and surprised us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room, as it was my husband's birthday. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The hotel is conveniently located near the Boston Theatre district, South Station, Back Bay, and Chinatown, making it easy to explore the city. Transportation options were readily available, and we found it to be a great base for our sightseeing adventures.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel! The staff provided prompt and excellent service. When I requested a separate fridge, it was delivered within a half hour, and the concierge even went above and beyond by delivering my friend's sunglasses that were accidentally left behind. They promptly replaced a dying TV remote and made sure I had enough toilet paper throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, as it was close to the theater and within walking distance of the city's main attractions. The hotel itself was spotless, and the rooms were comfortable with cozy beds. The unique nighttime lobby experience was a highlight, with DJ music playing frequently. I enjoyed sitting at a great table, enjoying delicious food and drinks, and even dancing! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.
