The location was excellent, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Santos and our knowledgeable tour guide. The rooftop bar offered stunning views, which made for a lovely experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, particularly enjoying its fantastic location near the Costanera Centre and a plethora of great restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly, making my anniversary feel special with a complimentary champagne and a lovely card from Axel at the reception. the hotel facilities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the vibrant rooftop bar for a relaxing evening.
