I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff who made me feel at home right away. The location is perfect, just a minute from Praça do Rossio, and it was easy to explore everything on foot. The cleanliness was top-notch; my room and the bathrooms were spotless. I also loved the organized activities, which made meeting new people a breeze.
