We loved the hotel's fantastic location, allowing us to walk to Te Papa and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Cuba Street, packed with restaurants and cafes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had the right room configurations and helpful parking instructions.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, being so close to the Michael Fowler Centre and other major attractions, allowing me to walk easily to meetings and shops. My room was spotless, featuring comfortable seating that made it feel inviting. I also enjoyed a quick room service meal, where the steak was simply delicious and beautifully cooked.
