the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant neighborhoods like Mission and Castro, making it easy to stroll to various attractions, including popular tourist spots. The comfortable room, along with the convenient facilities, provided all I needed for a productive visit and some relaxation after busy days.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel; the location was fantastic, just off Market Street and close to Union Square, making it easy to walk to great shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who provided me with guidance on public transport and a one-day visiting route. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom.
