We had a great experience at this hotel, as the location was perfect, just a few minutes from our event venue and conveniently situated near a mall for shopping. The staff, especially Veronica at the front desk, was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to assist us with any concerns we had, demonstrating excellent customer service.
