We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from Anne at the front desk to the housekeeping staff. They really made our stay special. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for us as it was close to McCormick Place, a business destination for conventions and events. We also appreciated the free parking, which was a great convenience. the hotel provided a no-frills, no-fuss choice for our stay in this city.
