I had a wonderful stay here! The front desk staff, especially Samantha, were amazing. The lobby was nicely decorated and made a great first impression. The hotel offered convenient parking and a reliable airport shuttle. The breakfast served was delicious, and there were plenty of dining options on the premises. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. The staff, from check-in to the shuttle service, were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and all the hot spots. It was a comfortable and affordable place to stay, especially with flight closures due to weather.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with well-maintained facilities and a clean lobby. The parking was convenient, with two spacious car parks and free for guests. Despite its proximity to the airport, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hear any noise from planes. The location was perfect for me as I was attending a hockey tournament in this city, with easy access to I-71.

I also loved the convenient location, as it was only a 5-minute walk to the RTA L train, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel allowed pets and even had a doggie area in the back of the parking lot. This was perfect for me as a pet owner, and I appreciate their pet-friendly policies. it was an excellent experience and I will definitely be back.
