The shower pressure was amazing, like standing in a waterfall. The hotel's location was convenient, with PNC Park and Market Square nearby. The 3 Rivers Restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and offered fresh and reasonably priced food. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! Just a few blocks away, there are plenty of food options in Market Square and several fun restaurants. Additionally, Point State Park is right across the street, with a cool fountain and great views. I loved that the park had a pedestrian path on the Duquesne Bridge, which made it easy to explore the strip of bars and restaurants between Heinz and PNC park. This hotel's location is perfect for first-time visitors, especially those who want to avoid driving.

We had a fantastic stay in this city with another couple. The hotel was in an excellent location, right downtown, with easy access to transportation and parking. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the city's landmarks, rivers, and bridges. The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - within walking distance of all the places we wanted to go in the downtown area, including the rivers, the Marketplace with great food options, and the ballparks and attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially the helpful valet staff. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being close to both inclines and Mount Washington, as well as just a 10-minute walk from the convention center. We found some great food options nearby and the hotel staff, especially in the restaurant and cleaning staff, were charming.
