We loved the location. It's just a short walk to the vibrant shopping streets of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The staff was friendly and truly helpful, especially with our luggage transfer. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.

The staff was incredibly friendly and assisted us with setting up the tatami bedding, making our experience even better. the onsen was a delightful addition, and the traditional kaiseki meals served for dinner and breakfast were delicious and accommodating for various dietary needs.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it’s right across from Dotonbori and just a short walk to subway stations like Nipponbashi and Namba. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

the location was fantastic, right near Dotonburi and countless shops and eateries. I loved the breakfast, especially the Japanese option, which was delicious and filling. The public bath facilities were excellent, and the staff were super friendly, making my experience even better. The spacious tatami room comfortably accommodated four adults, and we appreciated the seating area for tea and meals.
