The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. Our room was spacious and immaculate. The onsen facilities were fantastic; we appreciated both the public and private options. The location was perfect, right off the main shopping street, making it easy for us to explore the lively surroundings. Breakfast and dinner were gourmet-level experiences that exceeded our expectations.
