The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is within walking distance of Jack London Square and the ferry to San Francisco. The hotel is also close to the Oakland center, making it convenient for exploring the city. I loved being able to attend concerts at Yoshi's, just steps away from the hotel. The comfort of the beds was exceptional, and the pillows provided were so cozy that I didn't even miss my own. The staff, especially the waitress, were friendly and made a positive impression.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - it's in a great location, close to the square and several restaurant and bar options. The room was clean and tidy, and I appreciated the newly completed pool area. The bed was comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything in Jack London Square and near downtown. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast at Buttercups restaurant was delicious.
