The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lift and near charming local shops. I also appreciated the convenient transportation service offered by the owner, who even provided discount vouchers for nearby ski lifts. Plus, the onsen facilities were a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes!

The staff, especially Daisuke and Mari, were incredibly accommodating, providing us with lift discounts and even driving us to nearby attractions. the hotel facilities, including the onsen and cozy common areas, made our experience even more enjoyable.
