The staff were incredibly welcoming, always greeting me by name and making me feel at home. The breakfast and dinner buffets were impressive, with a fantastic selection, including all-you-can-eat snow crab legs! The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities was top-notch as well.

One of the standout experiences was the outdoor onsen; soaking in warm waters while enjoying the breathtaking views of snow-covered landscapes was simply magical. the convenience of having both breakfast and dinner buffets allowed us to indulge in delicious offerings, including all-you-can-eat snow crab legs!

The breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible, especially the fresh seafood, and the staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting me by name. The rooftop onsen was magical, particularly with the outdoor features and stunning scenery of the ocean and mountains.
