I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, making check-in and out a breeze. The location was perfect, giving me easy access to shopping, bars, and amazing attractions like the NGV and the State Library. Plus, the room was spotless, and I loved the added touches of a mini bar and continental breakfast included. It was convenient for everything I wanted to explore.
